
What is the Community Resilience Model?
A one-time, 90-minute training to enable person-centered, respectful care by addressing compassion fatigue and burnout among health team members.
Who can participate?
This in-person training is available to anyone serving birthing people in Thriving Hearts counties. Examples include healthcare providers, doulas, nurses, social workers, lactation consultants, WIC employees, care managers, nutritionists, etc.
When is it offered?
CRM training will be offered quarterly, in-person, in active Thriving Hearts counties for the duration of the 4- year intervention period.
