Thriving Hearts has partnered with Legal Aid of North Carolina to support health equity and address health disparities through the Medical Legal Partnership. During this session, you will learn about:
- Services provided by Legal Aid of North Carolina
- How to identify issues that may require legal support
- Eligibility criteria for services
- The referral process for Legal Aid
There will also be time for questions and discussion.
