Health Team Survey: Share your experience
Who Can Participate
If youโre a maternity care provider or professional who serves birthing people in Alamance, Caswell, Chatham, Cumberland, Durham, Forsyth, Guilford, Johnston, Orange, or Person Counties, we want to hear from you! You are eligible to take part in this survey.
About the Study
This survey is part of Thriving Hearts, a local health department-led initiative focused on improving support for maternity care professionals. Over the next five years, weโll conduct the survey six times, about every 9 months, to better understand the health and wellbeing of the workforce.
What to Expect
- The survey is completed online and asks about your mental health, wellbeing, and work experiences.
- Your responses will help shape future efforts to support maternity care professionals across North Carolina.
- Your answers are confidentialโthey will not be shared with your employer, supervisor, or coworkers.
- You can skip any question and stop the survey at any time.
Why It Matters
Your insights will help us learn whatโs working and what needs improvement to make maternity care workplaces healthier and more supportive.
